Bu şartlar Skorbaz uygulamasının ve skorbaz.app sitesinin kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama, futbol maçları için istatistiksel tahmin ve bilgi sunar.
Skorbaz bir bilgilendirme ve istatistik uygulamasıdır. Gösterilen olasılıklar istatistiksel modellerin çıktısıdır; kesinlik iddiası taşımaz ve bahis tavsiyesi değildir. Skorbaz bahis oynatmaz, bahis kabul etmez ve hiçbir bahis sitesine yönlendirme yapmaz.
Maç sayfalarında kendi tahminimizin yanında gösterilen "Piyasa görüşü" değeri, herkese açık kaynaklardaki piyasa verisinden türetilen, marjı çıkarılmış olasılıklardır; birden fazla kaynak varsa bunların medyanı alınır ve kaynak sayısı etikette yazar. Kendi tahminimizle karşılaştırma için gösterilen bir referanstır. Hiçbir şirketin adı, logosu veya bağlantısı yer almaz, yalnızca marjı çıkarılmış olasılıklar gösterilir ve hiçbir değer öneri olarak sunulmaz.
Maç analizi metinleri, haber özetleri ve bunların çevirileri yapay zekâ ile otomatik olarak üretilir; hata veya eksik bilgi içerebilir. Tahmin ve olasılıklar da istatistiksel modellerin çıktısıdır ve doğrulanmış bilgi yerine geçmez.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için kayıt olmanız veya kişisel bilgi vermeniz gerekmez. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası.
Uygulamanın temel özellikleri ücretsizdir. Skorbaz Plus isteğe bağlı bir abonelikle sınırsız erişim sunar.

İadeleri Skorbaz değil mağaza yapar: App Store satın alımları için reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play satın alımları için Google Play iade süreci üzerinden talepte bulunabilirsiniz. Mağazaların kendi iade ve cayma kuralları ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz kullanım lisansınız Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) tabidir; bu şartlar ona ek olarak uygulanır. Google Play'den indirdiyseniz Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.
Uygulamanın içeriğini otomatik araçlarla toplu olarak çekmemeyi, hizmete aşırı istek göndererek erişimi zorlaştırmamayı ve içeriği izinsiz ticari amaçla yeniden yayımlamamayı kabul edersiniz.
Maç verileri, kadrolar ve görseller harici spor veri sağlayıcılarından alınır. Bu verilerde gecikme veya hata olabilir; uygulama bilinen sınırları ("beklenen kadro", "sınırlı veri", "tarih belirlenmedi" gibi) açıkça etiketler. Kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi verilmez.
Maç saatindeki hava tahmini, Norveç Meteoroloji Enstitüsü MET Norway'in CC BY 4.0 lisanslı verisine dayanır. Değerler maç saatine en yakın tahminden alınır ve yuvarlanarak gösterilebilir; rüzgâr hızı km/sa'e çevrilir, hava simgesi uygulamanın simge setine eşlenir. Takım, lig, turnuva ve oyuncu adları, logoları ve görselleri ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca tanımlama amacıyla gösterilir. Skorbaz hiçbir kulüp, lig, federasyon veya bahis şirketiyle bağlantılı değildir; bunlar tarafından desteklenmez. Hak sahipleri kaldırma talebi için support@skorbaz.app adresine yazabilir.
Skorbaz'ın sunduğu tahmin ve istatistikler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, bu bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararlardan doğabilecek sonuçlardan Skorbaz sorumlu tutulamaz. Kast ve ağır kusur hâlleri ile tüketicinin kanuni hakları saklıdır.
Bu şartlar Türk hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici işlemlerinden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun uyarınca, her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar içinde yerleşim yerinizdeki veya işlemi yaptığınız yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetine, bu sınırları aşan uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz. AB'de yaşayan tüketicilerin yaşadıkları ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan hakları saklıdır.
Bu şartlar değişirse bu sayfadaki tarih güncellenir. Abonelik koşullarında esaslı bir değişiklik olması hâlinde, değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır.

These terms govern the use of the Skorbaz app and the skorbaz.app website. By using the app you agree to these terms. The app provides statistical predictions and information about football matches.
Skorbaz is an information and statistics app. The probabilities shown are the output of statistical models; they carry no claim of certainty and are not betting advice. Skorbaz does not operate or accept bets and does not direct users to any betting operator.
The "Market view" figure shown on match pages next to our own prediction consists of probabilities derived from market data at public sources, with the margin removed; where there are several sources, their median is used, and the number of sources is shown in the label. It is a reference shown for comparison with our own prediction. No company is named, shown or linked, only margin-free probabilities are displayed, and nothing is presented as a recommendation.
Match analysis texts, news summaries and their translations are generated automatically with AI and may contain errors or omissions. Predictions and probabilities are also outputs of statistical models and are not verified facts.
Using the app requires no registration and no personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The core features are free. Skorbaz Plus is an optional subscription that removes usage limits.

Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google; Skorbaz never sees or stores your payment details.
Skorbaz Plus is a service performed electronically and immediately; under Turkish distance-contract rules (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-ğ) it is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Refunds are handled by the store, not by Skorbaz: request them at reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or through the Google Play refund process. The stores' own refund and withdrawal rules and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, your licence is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms apply in addition to it. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
You agree not to scrape the app's content in bulk, not to overload the service with excessive requests, and not to republish the content commercially without permission.
Match data, squads and images come from external sports data providers. This data may be delayed or incorrect; the app clearly labels known limits (such as "expected lineup", "limited data", "date TBC"). No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is given.
Kick-off weather forecasts are based on data from MET Norway, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Values are taken from the forecast closest to kick-off and may be shown rounded; wind speed is converted to km/h and the weather symbol is mapped to the app's icon set. Team, league, competition and player names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only. Skorbaz is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, league, federation or betting operator. Rights holders may request removal at support@skorbaz.app.
Predictions and statistics are provided for information only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skorbaz is not liable for outcomes of decisions made in reliance on them. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory consumer rights, remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. For consumer disputes you may apply, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and within the monetary limits set each year, to the consumer arbitration board where you live or where the transaction was made, and above those limits to the consumer courts. Consumers living in the EU keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
If these terms change, the date on this page is updated. For material changes to subscription terms, notice will be given in the app before they take effect.
